Special Note on Live Plants: Our All Live Plants + Planters are delicate living things. Due to their perishable nature, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. International customs and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Areas:

We ship to most regions worldwide except Asia and remote areas. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Timeframe:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Live plants are final sale unless damaged upon arrival

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and details about the item(s)
3. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
4. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
5. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box
6. Mail the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method. Standard shipping charges apply for all exchanged items.
