Shipping Your Wild Finds

We can’t wait to get your carefully curated pieces to you! Here’s how it works:

  • Order Processing: Your order will be lovingly prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, international customs and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be completely in love with your finds. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.

  • Timeframe: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please Note: Our All Live Plants + Planters are delicate living things. Due to their perishable nature, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and details about the item(s).
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It: Mail the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email).

Refund Information

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Process

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for all exchanged items.
