Shipping Your Wild Finds
We can’t wait to get your carefully curated pieces to you! Here’s how it works:
- Order Processing: Your order will be lovingly prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, international customs and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We want you to be completely in love with your finds. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
- Timeframe: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and details about the item(s).
- Get Authorization: We’ll respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship It: Mail the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email).
Refund Information
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchange Process
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Standard shipping charges apply for all exchanged items.
