Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. This gives you time to unwrap your treasures, find their perfect spot in your space, and make sure they speak to your soul.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
  2. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. We’ll respond with a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Return & Exchange Request Template

Use this template when emailing us to make the process smooth and easy:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Hello Deals Jungalow Store Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order. Order Number: [Your Order Number] Order Date: [Date of Order] Item(s) to return/exchange: – [Product Name] – [Quantity] – [Reason for return/exchange] I understand the return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please Note: Live plants are delicate living things that journey from our care to yours. Due to their perishable nature, All Live Plants + Planters are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
