Are your plants real, and do they ship well?
Yes, we offer real live plants to help you create your jungle oasis! We take extra care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and vibrant. However, due to the nature of live plants, we recommend being available to receive and unpack them promptly upon delivery.
How do I choose the right rug or decor piece for my space?
Our products are chosen for their vibrant patterns and soulful designs. Consider the color palette and vibe you want to create—whether it’s a cozy corner with textured rugs or a statement wall with our unique mirrors and decor. Each product description includes dimensions to help you visualize the piece in your space.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most regions! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to reach out to us before ordering.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are carefully processed and packed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress across the globe.

No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay, plus applicable shipping costs unless your order qualifies for free shipping (over $50). We believe in transparent pricing that reflects our boho values of honesty and accessibility.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Jungalow items! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that live plants are final sale due to their perishable nature.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error or defective items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Do you charge customs or import duties?
Prices on our site do not include any customs or import duties that may be applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office. We unfortunately have no control over these charges.
Why don’t you ship to Asia?
Due to current logistical constraints and ensuring we can deliver our products in perfect condition, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping to Asia. We’re constantly exploring ways to expand our reach, so stay tuned for updates!
